All SatisFeet creams are made in Switzerland and produced using the following ingredients:

Disposal?

Our airless dispensers have no special disposal requirements and the containers can simply be added to the normal plastic waste. We attach great importance to environmental compatibility and sustainability and have designed our packaging accordingly. Did you know? Many supermarket branches and local disposal points offer special plastic collection bags for plastic packaging material and containers.

Questions about the order

What is the delivery time after my order?

We always deliver the ordered products as soon as possible. As a rule, you will receive your order within 2-4 days (depending on the time of receipt). 

However, delays on the part of suppliers can unfortunately never be completely ruled out.

Which parcel service will be used to deliver my order?

Your order will be delivered to your specified delivery address by Swiss Post.

What are the shipping costs for my order?

The shipping costs are a flat rate of CHF 9.90 per order. This not only guarantees safe, professional packaging directly from our logistics center in Switzerland, but also clean, secure shipping at a fast shipping speed. From an order value of CHF 80.00 the shipping costs are waived.

Is there a minimum order value, or minimum quantity surcharge?

There is no minimum order value. We already deliver with an order of one product. If the total amount of the ordered products does not exceed CHF 30.00, a minimum quantity surcharge of CHF 5.00 applies.

Is it possible to ship abroad?

We ship our products only within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.

What payment options do I have in the SatisFeet online store?

We accept Visa and Mastercard and payment via TWINT.

When is the payment of the goods?

Payment for the goods is triggered when we complete the transaction and accept the order.

Can I change my delivery address later?

If you contact us very soon after placing your order, a correction of the delivery address is possible without any problems. In this case, please send us an e-mail with the correction of the delivery address.

Is my personal data safe when I enter it?
