The Uttwiler Spätlauber is an old, now very rare Swiss apple variety. Although it has been known since the 18th century, its dermatological potential has only recently been discovered: a raw material derived from the apple stem cells - the first of its kind - has been shown to improve the vitality and lifespan of skin cells. With their epigenetic influencing factors, apple stem cells can protect the skin from environmental stress and the resulting premature ageing.
